Urmil Patel, Principal Controls Engineer and Process Hazard Analysis Leader, Johnson & Johnson Vision

Urmil Patel is the Principal Controls Engineer in addition to being a Process Hazard Analysis Leader at Johnson & Johnson Vision.  Urmil has over 20 years of controls engineering experience from consumer products to ride and entertainment industry and finally, medical devices.  In his role, he has led and integrated numerous projects related to manufacturing automation, human machine interface, and enterprise communications.  Currently, he holds a position in the Advanced Engineering department responsible for developing and implementing new technologies into the current manufacturing production platform. Urmil Patel holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron, member of IEEE, and a member of South Asian Professional Networking Association.
