Mark Moran

Mark Moran is the Director of the John Deere Technology Innovation Center in Research Park at the University of Illinois, where he leads teams using AI/ML, Cloud, Mobile, IoT, and Autonomy to build capabilities and customer-centered solutions.

Mark has a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of Iowa, and an SM in System Design and Management from MIT. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Illinois, focusing on Cognitive Science and Natural Language Processing.

Mark and his wife Lori have two college-aged daughters and four dogs.
