Alicia is an investor at Chrysalix. Chrysalix is an early stage venture capital firm investing in “deeptech” industrial innovation, including a dual focus on both “intelligent systems” technologies such as robotics, AI or new sensing technology and the energy transition. 

A long-time industrial technology enthusiast, she has close to 15 years of experience working with industrial companies in both technical and management roles across Europe, North America and Asia.

Before joining Chrysalix in 2018, Alicia worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company in London, England, helping companies with their toughest business problems. Prior to Bain, Alicia worked for ABB and a large marine shipping company in operational and technical capacities. She holds an MBA and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where she was a Leaders of Global Operations Fellow. She is also a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
